START SIMPLE
A clear picture of where things stand is enough. If it feels like a fit, we can define scope, budget, and working rhythm together.
HOW I WORK
Understand the problem clearly, then move forward in stages. Keep the process transparent while leaving room for focused work.
Before designing, understand the context, current state, user roles, and the real problem this work needs to solve.
Look beyond visual polish to whether information is clear, flows make sense, and people can complete what they came to do.
Share direction and progress at key stages, and surface issues before different assumptions create late rework.
You bring judgment about the business and goals; I explain design tradeoffs, risks, and different points of view.
COLLABORATION FLOW
Understand the project stage, current problem, desired outcome, and rough timing.
Confirm that the direction, work, timing, and collaboration format suit both sides.
Agree on scope, deliverables, timing, quote, and working terms.
Review existing material, user roles, core flows, priorities, and constraints.
Move the agreed work forward and share decisions and outcomes at key points.
Hand off the agreed files and guidance, then confirm any follow-up support separately.
